Tracking Marketing Campaigns
Creating Your Marketing Campaign Identifiers.
If you are tracking campaigns through the Internet, there are two ways to setup the campaign identifier.

A. The first way is to go to Setup>Campaign Identifier.
Here you would type in the url of where you wish to see those specific visits from.
For example:
If you wish to track all of Google traffic, you would type in www.google.com.
All of the traffic coming from Google would show up in the Campaign Activity Report.
B. The second way to track specific campaign information is to add a source parameter at the end of your url in your pay pay per click campaign, email campaign and so on. To do this, you would log in to your pay per click account and at the end of the url you would put a source parameter to identify the campaign.
For example: In your pay per click account, you would enter www.yoururl.com/?source=googleadwords
This identifies that all visitors coming in through google adwords will show up in your campaign activity report as coming in from this campaign and showing the keywords or phrases they used to get to your site.
